We Need Your Input: Supporting Young Apprentices in Cumbria

Recent data shows a decline in the number of 16–18 year olds starting apprenticeships in Cumbria.

To address this, we need to better understand the challenges and barriers from an employer's perspective.

You may choose not to employ apprentices in this age group. If so, we’d like to hear why Alternatively, you may be keen to take on a 16–18-year-old apprentice but are struggling to find suitable candidates.
